Where does a parent turn first when their child struggles to read?

We built Kindlexy to answer that question. Plain-language guides for parents of children with learning differences such as dyslexia, dyscalculia and hyperlexia, plus free tools they can use at home tonight. In English, Turkish, German and Spanish.

01Who it's for

For families with a fresh diagnosis, or a growing suspicion

There's plenty of information on this subject, but it's scattered and often written in heavy academic language. What a parent needs is simpler: understand what's going on with their child, know how to talk to the teacher, and have something to do at home this evening. Kindlexy takes research-based information and shapes it around that need.

  1. Information, not diagnosis

Kindlexy does not provide medical, psychological or educational diagnosis or treatment. The content is informational, and the site tells readers plainly to consult a qualified professional.

  2. Free

The guides and tools are free. The tools run in the browser, with nothing to download or install.

  3. Four languages

English, Turkish, German and Spanish. Each language has its own pages and its own addresses.

02What's there

03Design

A calm interface for a sensitive audience

Kindlexy's reader is often an anxious parent who isn't sure what to search for yet. We built the pages around that: easy-to-read type, a simple layout, screens without distractions. The same care goes into the tools, because the person using them is often the child.

  1. Plain language

When we explain research findings, we define the terms and cite our sources. When new evidence comes out, we update the content.

  2. No promises

No page promises improvement or a cure. Pointing parents to a professional is part of the content.

  3. Readability first

The font, background and line tracking options in the reading tool were designed with dyslexic readers in mind.

04Architecture

A content site, tools, and what comes next

Kindlexy was designed as a product that can grow, not as a single website. What's live today is the content site and the free tools. A separate web app (app.kindlexy.com, built with Nuxt) for features that need an account, and an API layer written in Symfony, are planned as part of the same structure and are coming online step by step.

05What we learned

Multilingual content on a sensitive subject

On topics close to health and education, both search engines and AI assistants are stricter about sources. Kindlexy is where we learned to work to that standard on our own product, and we bring the same approach to clients in similar fields.

  1. Separate publishing per language

Each language has its own addresses, its own titles and its own hreflang links. A change in one language doesn't break the others.

  2. Trust signals

Citing sources, keeping content current and stating clearly what isn't promised are essential in this space, for readers and for search engines.

  3. Visibility service

If you publish content in a similar field, we can set up the same structure on your site.
